Our Group will facilitate creating shared homes for supported living in our community for<br/>young disabled adults.<br/>We believe it is essential for disabled people to be able to live in the community of their choice, which is often where they grew up.<br/>We aim also to benefit the local community through improving the understanding of more complex and diverse lives.<br/>We aim to create a loving, caring environment in our locality and give disabled adults choices on who they live with and how they conduct their lives.<br/>Through this, young disabled people will be nurtured and empowered to reach their full potential.
